Knowing and monitoring deadlines is an essential part of the college admission process and it is your responsibility to do so. Check the college websites for the application deadlines of each college to which you are applying. The deadline for Early Decision, Early Action and Single Choice Early Action is generally November 1st and the deadline for regular admission is generally between December 31st and January 15.

There are several exceptions, however, for instance Stanford’s regular admission deadline is December 15th and the regular admission deadline of the public universities of California (UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC San Diego, UC Davis, etc.) is November 30th.
